Apostleship Junior perceives his calling to be apostolic. He is deeply convicted that the future of American and global Christianity will be decided by the quality of leadership emerging in this generation. He administers apostolic ministry through the identification, development, funding, and commissioning of capable spiritual leaders of all types. He develops churches and ministries, providing comprehensive guidance that constructs, deconstructs, and reconstructs. He is especially zealous about developing "flagship churches" in areas and regions still lacking a paternal church able to support and unify surrounding churches.
Prophecy Junior perceives his calling to be prophetic. He upholds Scripture as the final authority and unchanging measuring line for all so-called revelations and prophetic phenomena. While Scripture reveals God's general will, the Spirit reveals God's situational will, and, one of the numerous ways He does so is through prophetic communication. Within that framework, Junior believes in and seeks to practice healthy prophetic ministry in situations and seasons in which he perceives the Spirit moving to communicate immediately. He also does various schools of prophecy in which he educates and equips underdeveloped prophetically-oriented Christians. His comprehensive, prophecy-only website is currently being redeveloped.
Teaching & Preaching Junior perceives his calling to be a teacher. He studies Scripture and related material several hours a day. He has been playfully called "the mad scientist" for his countless hours spent in the labratory of study, fully submerging himself in biblical research. He is convinced Christian leaders need to be biblical experts and intellectual giants, responsibly interpreting Scripture, communicating it clearly, and applying it relevantly. He administers a broad teaching ministry through national and international speaking engagements/tours, literature publications, websites, email newsletters, equipping schools, and media engagements.
Counseling Junior perceives his calling to be a biblical counselor, and is a certified Christian counselor. He enjoys delving deeply into another's life, even opening up his own. He uses all resources available, natural and supernatural, to help Christians find spiritual fullness in Christ, emotional freedom, mental soundness, physical wellness, relational fulfillment, vocational destiny, and financial capability. He administers biblical counseling primarily with leaders he is developing and through JDM publications. Junior plans to expand this facet of his ministry in the near future.
Physical Health Junior perceives his calling to be a health and fitness coach. He believes fully in and practices supernatural healing. However, his desire is to see Christians take ownership of their body, the temple of God, and care for it with excellence. He often states that many Christians are not enjoying superb health--not because God is unwilling to heal miraculously today, or because of deficient faith--but rather because He is keeping the burden of responsibility on the Christian to manage their body with greater respect, excellence, and wisdom. Junior administers fitness coaching through physical excellence himself (professional soccer and bodybuilding), personal training, and educating Christians through speaking engagements and JDM publications.
Business Coach Junior perceives his calling to be a coach for Spirit-filled businesspersons and entrepreneurs. His biblical conviction about Christian financial acquisition, research into business success, and firsthand exposure to successful executives have developed in him a kingdom-oriented business savvy that Christian executives of diverse enterprises are drawing from. He has recently launched Market Conquest, a branch of JDM focused exclusively on equipping Spirit-filled businesses to conquer their market, dominate shares, and acquire wealth for Christ’s kingdom. www.marketconquest.com
Media Junior perceives his calling to be in media ministry. He has done several radio interviews and discussions over the years (some of which are linked on the JUNIOR IN THE MEDIA page), and now he has a global broadcast that airs Monday-Friday at 12pm (CST, USA), at kingdomradionetwork.com. He has recently been contacted for television opportunities in the US and Canada, but this has yet to materialize.
